Jennifer Molejon

A native Floridian, Jennifer R. Molejon graduated from Florida Atlantic University  in which there she received her  bachelor’s degree in Multimedia International Journalism with a minor in Communications. Jennifer is fluent in English & Spanish since her background is Hispanic. Jennifer has been in the Real Estate industry for more than 10 years.  She is very well versed in the Real Estate industry and brings a lot of marketing experience to the table as well.  

Accounting Manager:

Puah Levin

Born and raised in Israel, Puah speaks both English and Hebrew fluently. She has attended colleges in Israel and the United States and has received degrees in both Finance and Accounting from those universities. With her 35+ years of experience in Accounting, Puah does an amazing job overseeing our in-house accounting as well as the accounting for all of the properties and associations we manage.

Property Management Team Leader:

Scott Sternberg

Scott, a Florida State University graduate, was also born and raised in Florida and joined our company in 2008. He worked as an Operations Manager for Home Depot for nearly ten years before opening his own company, Clean and Sealed Homes, Inc., which was contracted by many successful companies including Pioneer Roofing, Benchmark Properties, DCI Management, and others. In 2008, Scott decided to make a career change and that’s when we were lucky enough to gain him as our Property Management Team Leader. His experience in property management and maintenance has been invaluable to the success and effectiveness of our company.
