Kelly Simpson

A Florida native, Kelly has spent most of her life living it up in South Florida. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she majored in Marketing and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business.  She has been involved in many Business programs since she was in high school and has won awards in competitions for Business and Entrepreneurship. She has spent years honing her computer skills and now her main focus is the Internet and the marketing potential it possesses. She uses her experience and computer savvy to help design and update our Century 21® web site. She also designs all of our print ads and coordinates the marketing of all our listings.  Currently we market to over 30 different web sites. Property Management Team Leader:

Scott Sternberg

Scott, a Florida State University graduate, was also born and raised in Florida and joined our company in 2008. He worked as an Operations Manager for Home Depot for nearly ten years before opening his own company, Clean and Sealed Homes, Inc., which was contracted by many successful companies including Pioneer Roofing, Benchmark Properties, DCI Management, and others. In 2008, Scott decided to make a career change and that’s when we were lucky enough to gain him as our Property Management Team Leader. His experience in property management and maintenance has been invaluable to the success and effectiveness of our company.
